Our Most Dramatic Transformation
One of the most dramatic transformations I’ve done was on a neglected family BMW X5 that hadn’t been cleaned in years. The interior was covered in pet hair, food stains, and thick dust. The carpets were matted and the seats had mystery marks everywhere. The exterior had baked-on brake dust, algae in the panel gaps, and zero shine left.
I carried out a full Deep Interior and Deep Exterior Clean. Inside, I extracted the seats and carpets, deep cleaned every plastic surface, detailed the vents and buttons, and left a fresh scent. On the outside, I removed tar and iron, brought the wheels back to life, and restored a deep gloss to the paint with a clay bar and sealant.

Overcoming Challenges: A Neglected Estate Car
One of the most challenging jobs I’ve tackled was a heavily neglected estate car used daily for commuting, school runs, and transporting dogs. The interior was caked with pet hair embedded deep into the fabric, thick dust on every surface, food spills on the seats, and a lingering odour. The exterior wasn’t any better — months of built-up road grime, brake dust welded onto the wheels, algae in the trim, and no sign of paint protection left.
I started with a full citrus pre-wash and snow foam to safely break down surface grime, followed by a thorough hand wash. The wheels were deep-cleaned using iron fallout remover and brushes to reach the barrels and nuts. I also tackled tar spots and algae around trims and door seals.
Inside, I used a powerful extractor and pet hair removal tools to restore the seats and carpets. Every plastic surface, vent, button, and tight gap was deep-cleaned and sanitised. A safe headliner clean and odour-neutralising treatment finished it off.
The car looked completely different — light interiors went from dull grey to bright, fresh and clean. The paint regained its shine, the wheels looked brand new, and the client was shocked it could ever look that good again. They even rebooked a maintenance clean on the spot.
